Weekly Classes

At the Fraserburgh Fitness Centre we have over 40 different classes to meet your needs and abilities. People of different age and gender are always welcome. Please, see examples of classes below.

Karate Classes

 

Karate classes for age 5+ on -

 

Mondays, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday at 6-7pm

 

Thursdays at 6:15-7:15

 

Sparring Class is on Saturdays at 10:30-11:45

Kickboxing/K1 Classes

 

Adults - Mondays & Thursdays - 7-8:30pm

 

Juniors on Fridays nights -

Primary 1-3 5-6pm

Primary 4-6 6-7pm

Primary 7-S4 7-8pm

MMA Classes

Mixed Martial Arts classes for adults only. 

 

Striking & Takedowns - Tuesday at 7:45

 

MMA Fundamenals, Strength & Conditionning - Saturday at 11am-1pm

Ju Jitsu Classes

 

Wednesdays at 7-8:30

 

Boxing Classes

 

Tuesdays - 6:15-7:45

 

Fridays - 7:30-9.00
