Karate

The Satorishido Karate is a freestyle karate, based on self-defence for practical everyday use. The system was devised by club founder Sensei Albert Ross (black belt 4th Dan). From white to black there are 9 belt grades. Grading takes place every four months, 3 times a year, at the club headquarters in Fraserburgh.

Included in this discipline of karate is the teaching of traditional weaponry like bow staff, nun-chucks, tonfa and sword (katana).

The club is proud of the large number of students that have obtained the grade of black belt through this club over the years.
