The club name Satorishido is made up of three Japanese words; Satori Shi Do which means Ultimate Knowledge in the Way of the Warrior. The Association is a constituted organisation incorporating an
elected committee and also has charitable status
Every student who attends must be licensed and insured through the club, Licences run from September to September each year.
The Satorishido Association conducts classes in Freestyle Karate, Kickboxing, Self-Defence, MMA, K-1 and Traditional Weapons training.
Senior Instructor, Chairman and Founder of the Satorishido Martial Arts Association is Sensei Albert Ross who holds the rank of Black Belt 4th Dan in Karate and Black Belt 5th Dan in Kickboxing.
The Satorishido Martial Arts Association is affiliated to the W.K.N. a very sound organisation.
