Fraserburgh Fitness Centre offers a varied range of classes catering for those taking their first step into fitness and wellbeing to the seasoned athlete! giving the opportunity to sculpt, transform, and shape the entire body.


Our dedicated instructors ensure every class is simplistic, easy to follow, uncomplicated, and allows every participant to work to their own intensity while being encouraged within a fun team.

The Jungle Body - with Karen Gibson

Book with instructor.

Set the tone for the week with The Jungle Body - offering five programs to sculpt, transform, and shape the entire body. Our secret Formula ensures every class is simplistic, easy to follow, uncomplicated, and allows every participant to work to their own intensity. 

Greatest HIITS low intensity training -  with Claire Coul

£5.00 per session.

Greatest HIITS Low-intensity weight loss training which is perfect for beginners, Less Able persons, and those who are not physically capable of jumping around doing high-intensity training!

This class will be taught by Claire Coull and will include aerobic exercises and a variety of low impact bodyweight exercises!

Athletics Running Club - with Jordan Chapman.

£6.00 per session.

These sessions will be a mixture of indoor & outdoor sport-specific training for anyone looking to train for running events from 5k to Ultra Marathons!

Jordan has all the tools to make you the best runner you can be!

Circuit Training with  Siobhan.

£5.00 per session.

Circuit training is a high volume but low resistance weight workout with 2-3 minute rest intervals involving cardio and is focused on improving muscle tone and definition while also improving cardiovascular fitness. It is a popular way of working out, especially if you are looking for a great fat-burning workout!

Kettle bells - with Claire Youngson from Acheive Health & Fitness

£4.00 per session.

Kettlebells can help you lose weight because exercises can use up to 600 muscles at a time increasing calorie burn, raising your metabolic rate, and challenging your cardio. Training with kettlebells can also produce an after-burn effect leading to further calorie burns for up to 24 hours.
